Larrakia Development Corporation (LDC) is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead this highly respected Indigenous commercial entity through an exciting period of transformation and growth.

LDC is a leading Aboriginal organisation, committed to delivering sustainable economic opportunities for the Larrakia people. With operations spanning facilities management, property development and strategic asset investment, LDC plays a pivotal role in fostering economic independence while preserving Larrakia heritage. A flagship project, the Larrakia Cultural Centre, is set to further strengthen the organisation’s cultural and economic impact.

Reporting to the Board, the CEO will drive financial performance, operational excellence and strategic business expansion while fostering strong partnerships with government, corporate stakeholders and the Larrakia community. Key priorities include enhancing service delivery, increasing profitability and unlocking the potential of LDC’s extensive property assets.

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven leader with:

• Proven executive leadership experience, ideally as a CEO or senior executive in a commercially driven environment

• Strong business development, financial management and strategic growth expertise

• The ability to build high-performance teams, drive cultural transformation and engage effectively with government, industry and Indigenous stakeholders

• A deep appreciation for Indigenous economic empowerment and community engagement

This is a rare opportunity to lead a thriving organisation, shape its future direction and create lasting impact for the Larrakia people. A competitive salary package (up to $250,000 incl. super) and vehicle is offered, with a five-year contract term.
