go²HR is a virtual HR service created by Leading Roles specifically for councils that require ongoing HR generalist support. Through our dedicated go²HR 1800 number we provide you with access to our HR support team to manage a range of common HR matters that can include:

• Coaching your supervisors and managers to manage day to day HR issues.

• Legislation, EBA, Award, policy and procedure interpretation and application.

• Performance management and discipline matters.

• Position description reviews.

go² HR will provide your council with:

go2HR is a virtual HR service where the client phones or emails a HR query seeking guidance or assistance to resolve.

Recorded Hours

HR matters are managed to resolution by a highly experienced HR practitioner and recorded in a CRM with the service time recorded.

Monthly Reporting

Each month, we advise you on the type of inquiries, services provided, and the time spent resolving/servicing the matter.

​4+ Hours Per Week

​go2HR packages start from a minimum of 4 hours per week, providing your team with 16 hours of support from a qualified HR practitioner each month. Hours are invoiced monthly.
