We are seeking an experienced talent consultant with drive and enthusiasm to join our amazing team. The Recruitment Consultant - Temporary Placements will identify and foster authentic relationships with new and existing clients, build a pool of temporary labour talent, and manage the end-to-end delivery of temporary recruitment projects.

As the Recruitment Consultant - Temporary Placements, you must be a self-starter, have a genuine customer service ethos and track record in sourcing and placing great candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of temporary recruitment projects.

  • Foster meaningful relationships with local government clients.

  • Build talent pools of skilled and experienced candidates.

  • Manage the workplace health and safety program for our temporary contractors.

  • Engage with clients to generate interest and promote temp recruitment services.

Ideally you will have a minimum of five years' recruitment experience operating a temp desk. Previous experience in local government recruitment and a strong understanding of employment Awards and Agreements will be highly regarded.
