We are seeking an experienced talent consultant with drive and enthusiasm to join our amazing team. The Recruitment Consultant - Temporary Placements will identify and foster authentic relationships with new and existing clients, build a pool of temporary labour talent, and manage the end-to-end delivery of temporary recruitment projects.
As the Recruitment Consultant - Temporary Placements, you must be a self-starter, have a genuine customer service ethos and track record in sourcing and placing great candidates in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end delivery of temporary recruitment projects.

Foster meaningful relationships with local government clients.

Build talent pools of skilled and experienced candidates.

Manage the workplace health and safety program for our temporary contractors.

Engage with clients to generate interest and promote temp recruitment services.
Ideally you will have a minimum of five years' recruitment experience operating a temp desk. Previous experience in local government recruitment and a strong understanding of employment Awards and Agreements will be highly regarded.
