Charters Towers Regional Council is seeking a Manager Operations Programming to take a leading role in the management of infrastructure and open space assets. The Manager Operations Planning will bring a strategic approach to roads, drainage and open space asset management plans. They will provide high level support to the Director Infrastructure Services and the Executive Leadership Team of the council.
This is a 5 year performance based contract.
In this newly created role you will be responsible for developing the 5-year operational works program that will facilitate improvements in the quality of infrastructure services delivery for the council and the community.
You will use your technical expertise as a degree qualified civil engineer to test asset data and have the opportunity to innovate and try new and novel ideas. You will be able to utilise the resources in your team of Quality, Laboratory, Asset and Survey Officers to resolve management plans. Your strong design and 12D capability will be an asset.
