- Permanent role - Working a 19-day month - up to 5 weeks annual leave
As the Contract Manager - Major projects, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle for contract management of significant council infrastructure projects and programs, from the pre-design phase through to handover/commissioning.
With a well-developed pipeline of infrastructure projects in planning, no two days will be the same and the project variety will keep you stimulated, challenged and motivated.

Qualifications, experience and attributes:
- Qualifications in Project Management or Construction Management (or related field) and/or demonstrated significant practical experience working as a Superintendent and/or Project Manager within an infrastructure delivery environment.
- Civil Engineering Qualifications - Highly regraded
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and work confidently with people at all levels.
- Possess a strong customer service ethos - ability to influence, network, negotiate, counsel and mediate.
