Armidale Regional Council is seeking a motivated Centre Manager Early Learning to join the team at their childcare facility located in Guyra. As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-today operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing leadership to a team of passionate and experienced educators.  

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to a team of experienced early-learning educators.

• Oversee the development and implementation of high-quality educational programs.

• Manage the financial aspects of the centre, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

• Build strong relationships with families and the local community.

• Ensure the health and safety of all children and staff.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, or working towards.

• Proven experience within a child education setting.

• Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

Guyra is a small town located in the Northern Tablelands region of New South Wales approximately 30 minutes from Armidale. It is a tight-knit community that offers a peaceful and friendly environment for its residents.
