Asset Technical Officer - Data Maintenance

The Asset Technical Officer - Data Maintenance will be a key member of Council's Infrastructure Services team administering and maintaining a rolling asset condition program for council's roads and drainage assets.

- Contribute to and support the ongoing development and operation of council's transport infrastructure strategies.
- Live and work in the Whitsunday region.

Qualifications, skills and attributes:
- Demonstrated experience in civil infrastructure asset inspections and asset data collection within Local Government or related entity.
- Proven data administration skills, including computer skills especially in word processing, spreadsheets, database manipulation
- Certificate in Asset Management Planning (or similar) recognised by IPWEA.
- Civil Engineering tertiary qualifications - highly regarded.
