Greetings to all our valued local government partners. I hope this message finds you well and thriving as your councils ramp up into post-election budgeting time.

At Leading Roles, we have been incredibly busy working alongside many of you, creating clear alignment of organisations, teams and individuals to the vision, mission and goals of your community and elected members, targeted at creating a platform for the future success and stability of your councils.

Since our last post, our executive recruitment team and I have been assisting the Bundaberg, Isaac and Kyogle councils select their next Chief Executives and GMs.

In our Leading Potential HR advisory service, we have been embedding performance mindsets, practices and plans through our bespoke performance management planning and review services at Moree and Shoalhaven, and have been finalising our work in the City of Gold Coast’s organisational transformation, where we have completed extensive capability assessment of the council’s leadership and management team, internal job matching for existing staff into roles within the new structure and a significant programme of recruitment.
