​Leading Potential, the consultancy arm of Leading Roles, has appointed Dr. Tim Baker as our new Executive Manager. Dr. Tim is a renowned expert in leadership and culture change, with a successful track record of assisting managers in enhancing individual and organisational performance. With over 20 years of experience, he has provided consulting services to 70 councils in Queensland. Dr. Tim holds an award-winning PhD in workplace culture and has expertise in various areas, including workplace culture change, change management, management development, executive coaching, organisational profiling, team development, and people development skills.

Throughout his career, Dr. Tim has received numerous accolades, including being recognised among the "50 Most Talented Global Training & Development Leaders" by the World HRD Congress and being a finalist for "Learning Professional of the Year" by the Asia Pacific Institute of Learning Professionals. He has also been acknowledged as one of the "Top 10 Change Management Consulting Services Companies in APAC 2020" by HR Tech Outlook and one of the "20 Australian Leadership Experts to Watch in 2021" by The Australian Business Journal.
