Leading Roles is seeking a people-focused corporate services leader for North Burnett Regional Council's next General Manager Corporate and Community Services.

Organisational Contribution
The General Manager Corporate and Community will develop and promote continual improvements throughout the organisation and build capacity and capability within the corporate services team.

People leadership is key, and the organisation will respond to a motivated leader who can connect goals, strategy and positive community outcomes of the day-to-day activities of council's teams and individual staff.
Operational Management
Council is a financially constrained organisation and it's critical that candidates demonstrate experience in creating business efficiencies and expenditure savings through business process improvement and change management.
