Noosa Council is seeking an accomplished and contemporary executive leader to join the organisation as Director Corporate Services.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this is a significant leadership opportunity to help shape organisational capability, strengthen executive alignment and contribute to the long-term success of one of Queensland’s most recognised and values-driven local government environments.
As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the Director Corporate Services will lead a broad portfolio spanning People & Culture, Finance, ICT and Procurement, while contributing to strategic organisational leadership across Council.
The role will play an important part in strengthening leadership capability, supporting the development of the Corporate Services management team and driving continuous improvement and organisational alignment across the business.
Council is seeking a collaborative and strategically minded executive who combines strong corporate services capability with people leadership, sound judgement and the ability to operate effectively within a highly visible and politically aware environment.
