Antonya has 25 years of experience working in local and state government and is responsible for the operational management of Leading Roles. Starting her career as an Environmental Health Officer, Antonya honed her stakeholder management, compliance, and regulatory skills and completed post-graduate studies in Applied Law. Most recently, Antonya worked in business administration and an Executive Officer role at Brisbane City Council, gaining an in-depth understanding of governance, local government administration, and procurement. Antonya’s experience working with stakeholders from family businesses to small and large local governments to multi-national and national advertising companies allows her to focus on people, processes, and systems through a lens of commercial acumen.
